Perrier-Jouët’s exceptional Blanc de Blancs cuvée is crafted 100% using chardonnay grapes, a vivacious tribute to the Maison’s signature grape and emblematic of the House, and has been reintroduced in the elegant new ‘Blason’ shape, first used by Maison Perrier-Jouët to bottle exceptional cuvees designed for food pairing in the 1950s and 1960s.

First launched in 2013, Blanc de Blancs was born after Cellar Master Hervé Deschamps crafted the perfect vintage with Perrier-Jouët’s Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs, before realising the natural evolution to complete the classic collection with the single-grape cuvée, the ultimate expression of the House’s authoritative savoir-faire.

Perrier-Jouët first introduced an all-chardonnay cuvée in the 1920s, long before such champagnes became known as ‘Blanc de Blancs’. To create the vibrant and spontaneous champagne that is Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs, Chardonnay grapes were carefully selected from several of the region’s optimum terriers and blended with the perfect balance of reserve wines to ensure absolute consistency of style and quality.

After three years of anticipation and patience, the cuvée reaches its idyllic maturity and is ready to be released.

Brimming with crisp citrus and animated florals, Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs enlivens the tastebuds with mineral freshness before lingering into a smooth and mellow finish on the palate. Awakening the senses with aromas of honeysuckle, elderberry and acacia, followed by tangy citrus, the luminous champagne makes for an elegant aperitif or an ideal pairing with delicate seafood.

When matched with heavenly pairings of striped bass, white plum and mangetout peas, Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blanc serves a full-circle summer entertaining experience with its buoyancy and lightness.
