The Sovereign Collection is the vision of Singaporean developer Ching Chiat Kwong, who purchased the site more than a decade ago. Captivated by this location for many years, Kwong has acquired one of the four Royal Pavilions residences, which span over 1,200-square-metres and are priced from $25 million, for his personal use.
Each Royal Pavilion features three residential levels with four bedrooms, multiple living spaces, a private rooftop with pool and entertaining areas, and a six-car basement garage. Every level of living, from the basement to the rooftop, is connected by a private lift and a grand spiral staircase.
The six opulent 550-square-metre Penthouse Residences feature huge entertaining spaces, a theatre, private rooftop pool, and secure three-car basement garage, with prices starting from $9 million.
“The level of craftmanship and quality of material will be unmatched on the Gold Coast,” stated Anderson.
“The three-bedroom Penthouse Residences are unlike any other offering on the Gold Coast. They embody the grandeur and exclusivity that define the Sovereign Islands, with extravagant proportions creating mansion-style residences with the perks of apartment living.
“The presidential suite, kitchen and butler’s pantry, billiards room and cocktail lounge are truly magnificent. It’s an extraordinary offering in a private, secure and tranquil setting.”
MAS Architecture is behind the superyacht-inspired architecture of The Sovereign Collection, and Koichi Takada has designed the opulent interiors.
Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness centre, on-site security, marina and residence concierge, six-star restaurant, wine bar and patisserie.
Construction is expected to commence mid-2025.
The Sovereign Islands archipelago is a prestige property paradise conceived by the visionary developer, Brian Lewis of the Lewis Land Group. Established in 1988, it was the first waterfront housing development in Australia to offer deep water access for luxury boats and yachts at all tides. Accesses by a road bridge from Paradise Point, the six islands are protected from the Pacific Ocean by South Stradbroke Island.
