The exquisite menu, catered by the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove, comprised enticing canapes and melt-in-the-mouth Spanish ham cut directly from the bone.

Then there was the much-anticipated bursts of flavour in the Beluga caviar bumps, complemented by Lallier champagne – the perfect pairing!

To whet the appetite, guests could also choose negronis and the popular Salty Dog cocktail from Campari, and rosé or beer for those who preferred something simpler.

To the dance tracks played by the talented live band, La Boom, guests partied on til late, much to the amusement of the resident kangaroos who rest and feed in the manicured gardens of the resort.

Ocean Club partners included Echo Yachts, which exhibited at SCIBS 2024 with its groundbreaking virtual reality superyacht experience of its facility and its 105-metre Sam Sorgiovanni-designed superyacht concept.

Speaking of the Ocean Club Owners’ Coterie, Echo Marine Group Sales and Marketing Manager Chris Blackwell had only praise for the calibre of guests and the networking opportunities it delivered.
