The Brabus Shadow 38 range also marks a new stage in the collaboration between Axopar Boats and Brabus, combining Finnish boatbuilding expertise with German performance engineering and luxury craftsmanship.
Developed in closer alignment than previous models, the new range reflects deeper joint engineering and integration, resulting in the most refined and technologically advanced Brabus Marine product to date.
Specifically, the Brabus Shadow 850 XC Cross Cabin is designed for effortless long-distance cruising with a focus on comfort and control, powered by twin Mercury 425 V10 engines and delivering a combined 850 horsepower. With a top speed of up to 55 knots, it delivers a confident and effortless ride, ideally suited for extended journeys and high-speed cruising and designed for those who value long-range capability, comfort and understated high performance on the water.
In contrast, the Brabus Shadow 1000 XC Cross Cabin stands as a bold performance vessel — an expression of raw, race-inspired power, combined with the bespoke onboard luxury.
Equipped with twin Mercury Racing 500R V8 engines delivering a combined 1,000 horsepower, it is engineered for immediate throttle response, extreme acceleration and uncompromising top speed.
Reaching up to nearly 60 knots, the brand describes the Shadow 1000 as delivering a driving experience “defined by precision, intensity and presence – both visually and acoustically – and the definitive choice for those who demand maximum performance and a pure, adrenaline-driven experience on the water”.
Every surface, material and finish of the Brabus Shadow 38 range has been curated to reflect the Brabus Marine DNA, featuring brand-typical design elements which define both the exterior and interior, while premium upholstery, high-grade components and attention to detail create an environment described as “sophisticated and purposeful” — seamlessly connected to the world of Brabus supercars.
The Shadow 38 also combines high performance with generous social spaces and a level of comfort and luxury typically associated with much larger yachts, with unique layout options to design details and material selections also available.
The official world premiere of the full range – including the Brabus Shadow 1000 XC Cross Cabin and Brabus Shadow 850 XC Cross Cabin – will take place at the Cannes Yachting Festival from 8 to 13 September 2026. The range will also be showcased at the Monaco Yacht Show from 23 to 26 September 2026.
