Carbon Yachts has introduced the innovative ASTenders range to Australia, now available for viewing at its Sydney showroom.

Carbon Yachts, a distributor of marine vessels in Australia and New Zealand, has confirmed the arrival of ASTenders to the Australian market.
Carbon Yachts’ Sydney showroom now offers the ASTender range. The news comes after German-based boatbuilder ASTenders appointed Carbon Yachts as its exclusive dealer for Australia and New Zealand earlier this year.
ASTenders are known for using carbon fibre in hull construction, which enhances durability and performance. The range offers various options, including Flexiteek decking, custom RAL gel coat finishes, and multiple steering console configurations across different models.
The showroom display includes the ASTender 280, which is notable for its lightweight design at 30 kilograms, making it easy to handle and transport.
The ASTender 340 range, which includes the Revolve model, features a folding motor design and achieves a top speed of 25 knots with a range of 120 nautical miles at 3 knots. The ASTender 400, a newer addition to the range, can reach speeds up to 37 knots without sacrificing comfort.

Chris Hrones from Carbon Yachts says he has seen demand for tenders that align with the standards of luxury yachts.
“We’ve seen a strong appetite among varied boat owners for dinghies that not only complement but also enhance the aesthetic and performance of their luxury yachts.
“The ASTenders range answers this demand by offering tenders that align with the sophistication and craftsmanship yacht owners expect.”
Hrones also highlights the increasing interest in electric options: “Over 90 percent of the enquiries we received leading up to this shipment’s arrival asked about the electric options available for these tenders,” he says.
“Yacht owners are increasingly drawn to the sustainability aspect, but just as important to them is the desire to avoid having a smelly petrol outboard on the back of their boat.
“ASTenders’ electric options provide a cleaner, quieter, and more enjoyable boating experience, which is exactly what our clients are looking for.”
Carbon Yachts is also the exclusive distributor for Saffier Yachts, Virtue, YYachts and Candela in Australia and New Zealand. The company operates showrooms in Sydney and the Gold Coast, with offices in Sydney Harbour, Pittwater, Melbourne, Perth, and Auckland.
