Resounding success

The last of the yachts and tenders may have departed Cockle Bay for another year, but the excitement continues at Whitehaven.

The 2018 Sydney International Boat Show enjoyed five days of great weather and plenty of activity on the marina and in the exhibition halls.

The ICC Sydney venue at Darling Harbour and marina on Cockle Bay attracted close to 60,000 visitors, with high enthusiasm for the boating lifestyle, and eager to inspect the latest vessels and accessories.

Whitehaven’s La Robelle made quite an impression at Sydney boat show, winning over boaties looking for versatility and bespoke luxury.

The 6000 Flybridge drew attention for her fully-customised craftmanship as well as her large-volume tender garage (an uncommon treat for Flybridge fans).

The option of a Beach Club in the space across the 6000 series also drew an overwhelmingly positive reaction, and many people were simply astounded by the generous proportions of this area of the vessel.

Whether it’s a luxury waterline Beach Club with wet bar refrigeration and a full bathroom and shower, or a tender garage for easy out-of-the-way stowage for a 3.6 metre tender, our 6000 Flybridge certainly delivers maximum amenity, whatever your boating lifestyle.

Also making waves at the marina during SIBS was Finito, making her Sydney debut.

This Whitehaven 7500 Sports Yacht is an example of the scope and quality of the superyacht building experience at the Taiwan factory and their ability to deliver a fully bespoke vessel.
