We love a good star whether it be of the celestial, celebrity or the Michelin-kind. La Dame de Pic Raffles Singapore is celebrating the latter having been bestowed with one Michelin star in the 2022 Michelin Guide Singapore.
This latest accolade from the highly coveted award in the culinary world comes as a timely nod to the restaurant which serves up the exquisite French cuisine of celebrated three Michelin-starred Chef Anne-Sophie Pic, as well as for Raffles Hotel Singapore, as the Grand Dame celebrates its first Michelin star in Raffles’ 135-year history.

Opened in 2019, the restaurant, La Dame de Pic, Raffles Singapore invites guests to discover the world of Anne-Sophie’s culinary identity, which reflects her search for aromatic complexity, combinations of flavours and powerful tastes that evoke emotions.
Located in the hotel’s dining room at the Main Building, the contemporary chic restaurant is beautifully designed with a graceful and soft palette that is reminiscent of Anne-Sophie’s favourite colours and materials: pastel shades and natural decorative elements such as leather or wood.
Additionally, the renowned chef is a third-generation Michelin-starred chef, following in the footsteps of her grandfather and father, perfectly reflecting Raffles Hotel Singapore’s rich heritage that has inspired generations since the iconic property was established in 1887.
Guests can expect to be taken on a gastronomic journey, where they will uncover the layers and complexity of each epicurean creation and discover the influences from the Asian region and elements of the dishes that reveal Chef Anne-Sophie Pic’s connection to Valence, her birthplace.
Accompanying the array of intricately constructed dishes is an elaborate and diverse collection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage pairings, carefully curated to elevate the intensity and harmony to the delicate art of tasting.
