The Vision: A dream that knows no limits
From this conceptual foundation emerge features that are not additions, but consequences. Each element originates from the same radical premise: to rethink space from within, allowing nature, structure and human experience to converge in unprecedented ways.
At the heart of the Main Deck, a Ficus Nitida (a fig tree known as Indian Laurel or Chinese Banyan) rises through an oval void, approximately 16-square-metres of open verticality connecting two decks. Conceived as living architecture, it was selected before the first structural block was assembled, and the entire yacht grew around it.
Capable of physically and visually linking the decks, the tree transforms the perception of space into a structured contemplative experience.
Two lateral skylights at floor level channel natural light downward, nourishing both growth and atmosphere.
On the Lower Deck the Ocean Resort, generally known as Beach Area, extends 18 metres from the beach platform to the first bulkhead, exceeding 230-square-metres, approximately 40 percent larger than the first hull of the 74Steel line.
Fold-downside platforms and a walkaround layout dissolve boundaries with the sea. A 28-square-metre glass-bottom pool defines the aft, functioning as a lounge dedicated to water toys by day and transforming into a club space by night thanks to the presence of a DJ booth.
Forward is the Aquarium, approximately 35-square-metres within the wellness area comprising hammam, sauna, massage room, cryotherapy and posarium (wellness room), with an opening terrace.
A partially submerged glazed section of the hull transforms the side shell into a window below the waterline. Seated inside, guests experience the marine landscape flowing silently beyond the transparency of steel and glass. Water becomes presence. The sea becomes interior.
On the Owner’s Deck, the reflecting pool extends the suite outward. It is conceived not as a conventional pool, but as a calibrated sheet of water amplifying sky and light. A multifunctional platform with removable seating allows transformation, while a sensory shower mediates between interior and exterior. Here, water becomes atmosphere, reflection, silence.
On the Sun Deck, the external profile has been reinterpreted to enclose the gym while maintaining opening glazing at bow, stern and sides. This protected yet permeable environment introduces a new functional centrality on the higher-level integrating activity, panorama and spatial continuity within a single, coherent architectural gesture.
