Turkish shipyard RMK Yachts, working with Red Yacht Design, has introduced two new superyacht projects at the 2025 Monaco Yacht Show: the flagship Livia 72 and the more compact Livia 50. Both models mark the evolution of the Livia line, which began as a single 68-metre concept in 2024 and has since developed into a full series.

“With Livia, our goal is to offer yachts that are not only refined and versatile, but also aligned with the future of luxury,” says Cuneyt Okcu, director of RMK Yachts. “The 72-metre model provides an extraordinary platform for private or charter use, while the 50-metre brings the same spirit to a more compact size. Together, they reflect our commitment to innovation, craftsmanship and global appeal.”

The 72m Livia model offers approximately 1,700GT and features reimagined interior layouts with a spa and wellness area designed as a private retreat at sea. Social areas provide panoramic views, while the bow houses a tender and toys garage alongside a fully equipped helideck. A beach club with fold-out terraces connects guests directly to the sea. The yacht accommodates up to 12 guests across 12 ensuite cabins, including a master suite with an enhanced sense of privacy and space.

“Livia is aimed at discerning owners who seek individuality, originality in design, and superior craftsmanship, while reflecting their personal identity through their yacht,” says Okcu.

“This profile includes both traditional superyacht owners as well as a younger, experience-driven generation of investors.”

The Livia 50, measuring under 500GT, follows the same design DNA, delivering a balance of efficiency and comfort. RMK says its adaptable layout focuses on space optimisation for families and smaller groups.

Both models share exterior styling defined by flowing lines and balanced proportions. Interiors use sustainable materials, light colour palettes and natural textures to create a calm, modern atmosphere.

Sustainability remains central to the concept behind the Livia Series. Both RMK Yachts and Red Yacht Design are advancing the integration of hybrid propulsion systems, renewable energy solutions and energy-efficient HVAC and lighting technologies. The firms say that this approach aims to minimise environmental impact without compromising the onboard experience.

“Livia has grown from a single concept into a complete series,” says Fatih Sürekli, managing director of Red Yacht Design. “Expanding the flagship to 72 metres and adding a 50-metre model allowed us to rethink space, lifestyle, and sustainability. The result is a yacht family that combines elegance with responsibility.”

Construction slots are open for both models, with delivery times set at approximately 24 months for the Livia 50 and 36 months for the Livia 72. Each has been designed with flexibility for private ownership or charter use.
