Start-ups founded since June 2024 and innovations commercially launched since 1 June 2024 are eligible to apply – however it should be noted that solutions must be market-ready, scalable, and relevant to marina technology, operations, hardware, or services. Ideas that improve sustainability, safety, digital platforms, operational efficiency, or customer experience will receive special consideration.
In addition to presentation and exhibition opportunities, participants will also receive one full exhibitor pass, inclusion in the official conference handbook, and ongoing exposure through a dedicated marketing campaign.
In a statement describing the opportunity, MIA stated that with only five Pods available, the showcase represents a highly exclusive platform for innovators seeking visibility, industry connections, and accelerated growth.
Applications are now open, with successful applicants to be notified by 10 April 2026.
Marinas26 will be held at the RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast from 25 to 26 May 2026, with the broader event program running from 24 to 27 May. This includes a Welcome Function on 24 May and a Study Tour on 27 May.
The conference is expected to attract more than 400 marina owners, operators, and suppliers to explore emerging technologies, sustainability initiatives, and future-focused strategies shaping the industry.
As part of the Future Smart theme, Marinas26 will highlight how innovation and smart technology are transforming marinas into sophisticated, sustainable hubs that deliver enhanced customer experiences and operational efficiency worldwide.
