Following the yacht’s transition from the Netherlands to the South of France, Agnetha was showcased in owner-ready condition. Heesen collaborated with several lifestyle brands, including Molteni & C, Technogym, Frete, Oliver Treutlein, Glancy Fawcett, and the Wool Company, during this process. Artwork from Lyki and Tartarelli Art Gallery was also displayed on board.
The 55-metre platform is designed to balance personal areas with shared spaces. Built with a steel hull and Dutch craftsmanship, the vessel is intended for long-distance cruising while remaining compact enough for Mediterranean ports.
On its maiden voyage from Holland to Monaco, Agnetha encountered varied weather conditions, including calm seas and challenging swells. Captain Mike Rouse says: “Her sea-keeping ability was impressive, maintaining stability and comfort throughout. The vessel passed through critical maritime routes with confidence, showcasing Heesen’s engineering excellence. From propulsion to onboard systems, everything operated flawlessly.
“This delivery not only proved the yacht’s resilience but also affirmed her readiness for luxury cruising. A remarkable debut for a world-class superyacht.”
The yacht accommodates 12 guests in six staterooms, including a master suite on the main deck. The layout is designed to cater to both charter operations and owners who prefer multiple cabins.
Powered by two MTU8V4000 M63 (IMO Tier III) engines, the vessel combines a Fast Displacement hull with propulsion systems to achieve a maximum speed of 15.5 knots.
Ruud van der Stroom, Heesen’s chief commercial officer, adds: “The completion of this sale marks the end of a successful Monaco Yacht Show of the Heesen new era. It demonstrates our belief that our brand is best presented in person on the water. It has been a pleasure to work with Ian Harris of Phoenix Yacht Management and his team. We are proud to be able to deliver a superyacht that is truly turn-key.”
Agnetha’s sister ship Frida is currently under construction and is scheduled for delivery in December 2025.
