The Astor 68 stems from a design approach rooted in design thinking, developed through an analysis of new lifestyles and the ability to envision future ways of experiencing life on board. Connection, flexibility, and transparency are the principles guiding every design choice, defining the yacht’s architecture and shaping fluid, open spaces that are in constant dialogue with the surrounding environment.
This philosophy takes shape in a multi-level layout designed to enhance the constant dialogue between the boat and the outdoor environment.
The beach area, with a surface area of over 37-square-metres and located less than one meter above water level, is configured as an open, terraced space, designed to offer an immersive experience and an immediate connection with the horizon. On the upper level, the salon and the forward social areas unfold in a more intimate and sheltered setting, maintaining a natural continuity between interior and exterior while prioritising light and the openness of the spaces.
“The Astor 68 represents a new step in the evolution of our line-up, combining research, innovation, and a keen sensitivity to how people experience life on board,” says Martina Bellini, Head of Marketing & Communication at Bellini Yacht Group.
This project reflects our commitment to a forward-looking vision, where design, functionality, and storytelling converge. The collaboration with Andrés Reisinger also adds a contemporary and unexpected dimension to the way the yacht is presented.”
With the Astor 68, Bellini Yacht continues on its path to developing a cohesive, forward-looking lineup, where design culture, innovation, and nautical expertise merge into a distinctive and recognisable identity.
