Bering Yachts’ almost-24-metre, semi-custom explorer Bering 77 Veronika has been delivered to its Australian owner, 18 months after the model’s initial construction began.

In April, Bering Yachts announced that the model had been successfully launched at the brand’s Turkey-based facility.

Designed in-house by Bering Yachts, the model was conceived as a “perfect long-range voyager with enough power, supplies and entertainment for a family of intrepid travellers,” according to a press release provided by the brand.

This direction is evident in the inclusion of a steel hull, two satellite attendees and space for up to six guests and four crew members on board.

“With this 77-footer, we’re opening a new chapter of compact cruisers,” Alexei Mikhailov, founder and Director of Bering Yachts, said in April.

“She may not be the longest yacht in the marina, but you just have to look at the specs to understand her capabilities.”

He continued, “Her communications are just one example: Veronika has two satellite internet antennas and all the systems are doubled up so she will never be without satellite communications.”

“This is a yacht you can rely on.”

Bering Yachts has confirmed that Veronika is now on her way to Australia.
