The Enterprise in the International Trade category in the King’s Awards for Enterprise honour businesses that have achieved remarkable success in exporting goods or services overseas, contributing to the UK’s economy and reputation as an international trade hub.

Williams Jet Tenders’ owners and directors, John and Mathew Hornsby, jointly praised the team when recognising the accolade, commenting: “We are honoured to receive the King’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade.

“Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to our dedicated team, whose expertise and diligence have propelled us to the forefront of the industry, showcasing the best of British ingenuity on a global stage.

“This recognition holds special significance as we celebrate our 20th anniversary in 2024.”

The King’s Awards for Enterprise, previously known as The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise, were renamed last year to reflect His Majesty The King’s desire to continue the legacy of HM Queen Elizabeth II by recognising outstanding UK businesses. The awards programme is now in its 58th year.

Applications for the King’s Awards for Enterprise 2025 opened on the first anniversary of Charles III’s coronation, 6 May 2024.
