Smartgyro plans local expansion
Gyroscopic stabilisation technology company, Smartgyro showcased its innovative solution at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.

As the brand targets further network expansion in the country, Italian-made Smartgyro exhibited at SCIBS 2022.
After growing the line-up of SG series gyroscopic units in recent months to encompass a wider variety of vessels, this year’s show marked the first opportunity for Smartgyro to highlight the full range to prospective partners and customers in the key Australian market.
YANMAR-backed Smartgyro is also stepping up its Australia expansion project to strengthen the dealer network and raise awareness among OEMs and boaters about the unique onboard maintenance and service benefits of its technologically advanced gyro stabilisers.
The Smartgyro units are already marketed and supplied in the country by Fluid in Motion Marine.
Exhibiting alongside sister company VETUS-Maxwell at Sanctuary Cove, Smartgyro displayed the SG40, for boats from 50 to 60-feet.
Current units also available are the SG20, SG60 and SG80, with further upcoming launches to be announced soon.
