This September, superyacht owners, key industry figures and owners-to-be will flock to the Port of Hercules of Monaco, home of superyachting, where 42 brand new launches will be displayed in their worldwide debuts.

Visitors to the Monaco Yacht Show (MYS) will be treated to an extraordinary array of one-off superyachts, built by reputable shipyards and exhibited by influential brokerage houses. This year’s show will take place from 27 – 30 September.

Each year, the organisers of MYS curate the exhibition of 125 premium luxury superyachts, built by the world’s most respected shipyards, and welcome leaders from the yachting industry.  The event is now in its 27th year, and counts 580 exhibiting companies and partners among its participants.

Monaco is the ultimate showcase, not only for superyacht builders and yacht designers, but also for luxury furnishing suppliers and manufacturers of the most sought-after tenders and water toys, prestige cars, helicopters, and private jets.

There is quite an array of shipyards represented this year in exciting launches as well as yachts for sale. On display will be the 49-metre Chasseur, winner of the Judges’ Award for Achievement, World Superyacht Awards 2017, from US shipyard Christensen Yachts, as well as Infinite Shades, which, at 65.7 metres, is one of the largest yachts ever delivered by renowned Dutch shipyard Amels. Fellow Dutch yard Heesen will showcase Bliss, a spectacular 44-metre semi-displacement motor yacht characterised by her striking black aluminium hull and matte grey superstructure.

The unique 41.3-metre classic sailing yacht Alejandra from Spanish shipyard Mefasa is the perfect combination of performance and long-range cruising. Thanks to her aluminium hull design, large sail plan and manoeuvrability, Alejandra has won a number of prestigious regattas, both classic and maxi.

Stand-out 70-metre North European Martha Ann from German shipyard Lürssen is an impressive yacht with a stylish white superstructure and a distinguished blue hull and beautifully crafted, spacious interior.

These offerings and many more are set to dazzle come September.
