Set against the backdrop of the cold European winter, this prestigious event, running from January 18 to 26, will occupy 16 exhibition halls, showcasing the latest in boating and water sports.

Riviera Yachts from Australia will make a significant mark in 2025, proudly presenting their 4600 Sports Yacht. This marks the first time an Australian manufacturer has taken part in boot Düsseldorf, signalling an exciting expansion of the event’s international footprint.

Since its inception in 1969, boot Düsseldorf has grown to become the premier gathering for the boating industry. The 2025 edition promises to be the biggest yet, with over 1,500 exhibitors from 68 countries, spanning 220,000 square meters and attracting around 220,000 visitors from 120 countries.

Attendees will have the unique opportunity to see motor and sailing yachts up close, many of which are transported to Düsseldorf via elaborate logistics.

boot Düsseldorf is renowned for more than just its scale – it’s a pivotal forum for innovation and sustainability in the maritime sector. The Blue Innovation Dock (bid) continues to be a central feature, where industry leaders and European policymakers collaborate on future directions for leisure boating.

This forum has been instrumental in shaping industry standards and sustainable practices since its launch in 2023.

Petros Michelidakis, Director of boot Düsseldorf, emphasised the fair’s importance at ASMEX – Australian Superyacht, Commercial Marine and Export Conference in May, highlighting boot’s unmatched density of top-tier manufacturers. Hall 6, dedicated to luxury yachts, remains the crown jewel of the event, offering a spectacular display of opulence and craftsmanship.

The event features a wide array of boats, luxury yachts, and water sports activities. The fair also underscores marine conservation and sustainable technologies through initiatives like the Ocean Tribute Award and the “love your ocean” campaign.
