Italian boatbuilder Aicon Yachts has revealed details of the all-new Aicon 68 Vivere, the first of three models the shipyard will present next year.

“There’s an exciting 2024 and 2025 ahead for Aicon Yachts,” says Marc-Udo Broich, chairman and CEO of Aicon Group. “With the all-new Aicon 68 Vivere, we are introducing the first of three new models to be presented in the next 12 months.”

Following the builder’s Vivere 66, the Vivere 68 has been designed by naval architect Sergio Cutolo and his team at Hydro Tec, the firm Cutolo and his wife Silvia Himsolt co-founded.

Over the last 25 years, Hydro Tec has worked on a wide range of yachts involving nearly every type and size, from full displacement pocket explorers to all aluminium planing yachts, from small tenders to 80-metre superyachts.

Sicily’s Aicon says the Aicon 68 Vivere has been “engineered for the discerning owner” and “embodies the pinnacle of luxury and performance”.

Tailored to meet the needs of owners with different requirements, the Aicon 68 Vivere offers versatile layouts accommodating three or four staterooms and one or two crew quarters, and galley aft/galley forward configurations.

The yacht’s custom layouts are designed to elevate comfort and functionality, while the integrated manufacturing facility allows for tailor-made selections of materials and wood finishes, curated by the in-house Aicon Centro Stile department.

Aicon says its carbon vacuum infusion construction, featuring carbon topsides, ensures strength and durability.

The Aicon 68 Vivere is said to be on schedule for completion in June, and will be available in the US market.
