Dutch-based builder, Flynt has announced the release of their debut model, the handmade and built-to-order Flynt 956 Nova.
Running at 9.56-metres, the Flynt 956 Nova exists at a size that provides versatility – small enough to be easily transported and docked at a 10-metre-long pier, but still large enough to be spacious and comfortable on board.
Designed by Dutch studio, Vripack, the Flynt 956 Nova features both deep-V planing hull and a composite polyester construction, the combination providing an efficient, rapid and easy-to-manoeuvre experience on water.
The model’s double cabin and edge-to-edge cockpit seating in the cockpit invite the potential of on-the-water living while two custom, adjustable Recaro sport seats complement the experience, enabling a wild driving experience.
The free-standing wood-lined panoramic windshield adds to this, providing clear visibility while a leather-lined, digital Simrad dashboard and leather sports steering wheel adds a certain refined, sophisticated touch to the aesthetics of the Flynt 956 Nova.

Being both handmade and built-to-order, all accomplished at Flynt’s Hengelo headquarters, the Flynt 956 Nova can be customised to a prospective owner. An opportunity evident in the choice of either a single or dual engine as well as 350, 380 or 430 horsepower.
“My aim is to create a boat that puts the owner at the centre of the event, and to produce a curvaceous design with expression, a hint of automotive aggression and endless, unique lines,” said founder, Robert-Jan Sanders.
“Flynt is about giving back all that I’ve learned in the motor yacht industry with a boat built for pure, life-affirming enjoyment.
“For a 32ft boat the Flynt 956 Nova offers the complete package. A pleasantly shaped sunbathing and seating arrangement, a professional and ergonomic well-balanced helm, and an elegant interior cabin, which collectively form the Flynt DNA.
“It’s not easy to accurately translate a personal vision to paper, but the team at Vripack have an innate sense for what is required and brought Flynt to life through intuitive design. This marks the beginning of an exciting new era in powerboats.”
Founded by Dutch entrepreneur and motor yacht industry figure, Robert-Jan Sanders, Flynt is a yacht builder based in the city of Hengelo, located the Dutch province of Overijssel.
