Numarine has confirmed that the brand has successfully launched the first 37XP hull and that the model will also have its world debut at next month’s Cannes Yachting Festival.
Both refined and practical in its design, the 37XP features the same beam as the 32XP with an additional 4 metres forward of the engine room bulkhead – the benefit of which is greater volume for both guest and crew accommodation, the upper deck and the sky lounge.
The model sports a full displacement steel hull with a composite superstructure, bringing it to a total weight of 345 gt. Numarine has also stated that the model has a range of 5,000 nautical miles at 10 knots.
The collaboration behind the design remains the same with the shipyard’s long-time partners: Umberto Tagliavini is responsible for the naval architecture while Can Yalman the exterior. The interior decoration of the first 37XP is by Hot Lab, marking the second Numarine project by the Milan-based studio.
The main deck saloon and cabins benefit from large windows, filling both of these spaces with sunlight, while the aft beach club includes a bathing platform and an inside lounge sitting at water level.
The almost 10-metre flybridge echoes this notion of spaciousness, with the total space running at 80 square metres.
Numarine has also stated via a press release that the third 37XP hull was sold recently by the company’s Head of International Sales Ali Tanir, with assistance from Dension Yachts’ Alex Clarke, Bruce Schattenburg and Scott Lacroix.
Tanir said, “This sale is another confirmation of the American market’s importance and the XP Series’ success.”
“I would like to congratulate and thank our partners, Denison Yachting, for amazing work and great results.”
This hull, which will launch in August 2022, is said to accommodate ten guests and eight crew and will include a cinema room, gymnasium, sundeck jacuzzi with custom full-service bar, as well as a designated beach club.
“Numarine has gone above and beyond to welcome this client into their family and continues to push into the American market, which Denison Yachting is proud to support,” added Clarke.
“Patton Marine will be overseeing construction of the yacht on behalf of the client, so we expect the end product to be outstanding and impressive.”
Numarine has also stated that the 12th unit of the Numarine 26XP will also be on display at the 2021 Cannes Yachting Festival.
