Small ship joins Emerald

Emerald Cruises has unveiled the first images of its new luxury small cruise ship, Emerald Azzurra, following its launch last month.

Featuring designer furnishings throughout, the pool deck boasts Paola Lenti day loungers and Kettal lounge chairs, which complement the infinity-style pool.

Indoors, the observation lounge includes a Dedon MBrace Wing Chair and footstool, as well as L’Object games such as chess for guests to enjoy.

Of the 50 deluxe staterooms and suites, over 80 percent feature private balconies. Each one is equipped with Missoni towels and ESPA amenities, the same luxury line found in the onboard Elements Spa.

The custom-built vessel features a variety of public areas, including a wellness centre, which comes complete with Technogym equipment and an infrared sauna, the first for a yacht of its size.

The yacht’s marina platform provides guests with easy access to water sports and activities, including the onboard Seabobs and the very latest in electric bikes from Gocycle.

The Amici Bar offers class, style and of course, delicious cocktails and spirits.

Guests can enjoy a dip in the aqua pool in front of uninterrupted views.

The Balcony Suite is one of six room configurations guests can choose from.

Dining onboard is easy, with all meals supplied by the small cruiser.

The Observation Lounge features luxury wing chairs and games for entertainment.

The sky deck features the Sky Bar and a spa pool.

Found on the Observation Deck, the Yacht Suite offers stunning ocean views.

Setting sail for the first time from Aqaba in Jordan last month, Emerald Azzurra offers a luxurious small ship cruising experience to ports and harbours only accessible to smaller yachts.

Emerald Azzurra is currently sailing an eight-day Mediterranean Enchantment itinerary which finishes in Dubrovnik on 16 April 2022.

Prices for the eight-day Mediterranean Enchantment departing later in the season, on 10 September 2022, start from AUD$5,495 per person. The itinerary visits Kotor, Sarandë (Albania), Kerkira (Corfu), Párga, Cephalonia and Itea (Delphi) before transiting the Corinth Canal to Athens.

The new yacht will be joined by sister yacht Emerald Sakara in February 2023, with itineraries to the Seychelles, Black Sea and Middle East, on sale now.
