British builder, Princess Yachts will present an exceptional line-up at boot Düsseldorf, including two global launches, the Princess X80 and the all-new V50 – plus two show debuts, the Princess X95 and Y72.

The Princess F55 and V55 make up the six-yacht display at stand 6B21 from 22 to 30 January. Visitors to the show can experience both yachts from Princess’s new Superfly X Class range, the X80 and X95.

Featuring an extended flybridge that provides 30 percent more indoor space than a traditional motor yacht, the X80 is the smaller sister ship to the award-winning X95.

Defined by innovative layout options with a host of distinct spaces, the X80 includes an enclosed bridge and skylounge on the upper deck, and an optional master stateroom forward on the main deck.

Working together with Olesinski and Pininfarina, Princess has created the ultimate in avant-garde yacht construction with an evolved design meant for extended time at sea.

Antony Sheriff, Executive Chairman, Princess Yachts, said: “Princess Yachts is thrilled to see the return of the much-anticipated boot Düsseldorf 2022 and eagerly await the opportunity to be back with the team at Messe Düsseldorf in person.

“We will be at Düsseldorf with an innovative range of boats that encapsulate everything we are about – improved efficiency and seakeeping; innovative packaging; and the extraordinary elegance of design for which we are renowned.

“With our full X Class range on display, as well as the all-new V50 and the Y72, we look forward to showing the world how we continue to push the boundaries in yacht design.”

V50

The all-new V50, available as a deck saloon or open model, replaces the popular original V50. Crafted with a new hull mould that delivers impeccable handling and seakeeping, this modern sports yacht features new standards of refinement in interior fixtures and fittings as seen on her larger counterpart, the V55.

An extended canopy creates the perfect place for guests to enjoy the outdoors under the large, shaded cockpit area, while attractive shapes and forms flow throughout the main deck saloon.

Princess is on a sustainability journey and remains committed to bringing environmental initiatives to the forefront of the brand’s ethos with the launch of the Princess X95 hybrid system, in collaboration with MAN engines, and now, the trial and testing of all-new eco-friendly fabrics that are planned for the Princess range in the near future.

Combined with continued insistence on improving hull efficiency with each generation of their hulls, this message of sustainability and marine conservation is a highlight for the luxury yacht manufacturer at this year’s show and the brand is committed to their ongoing sustainability journey.

The Princess stand will host art installations from the brand’s partners including Ecoworks Marine, Oceanographic, and Salcombe Distilling Co.

X95

Princess Yachts’ new Superfly X Class range redefines life aboard with a complete re-think of yacht architecture. Designed in collaboration with Olesinski and Pininfarina, the X95 was the first model in Princess Yachts’ new X Class.

Challenged with setting a new standard of layout excellence, which is defined by large, adaptable spaces that can be used and formatted in numerous ways, it offers the owner and guests a uniquely flexible boating lifestyle. Both the flybridge and main deck interior space cover almost the full length of the yacht, creating the Super Flybridge – the X Class’s defining characteristic.

This new layout provides 10 percent more outdoor space and 40 percent more indoor space than a traditional motor yacht.

Y72

Designed by the Princess Design Studio in collaboration with naval architects Olesinski and Italian design house, Pininfarina, the Y72 is instantly recognisable as a member of the Y Class.

Featuring the very latest in Princess exterior design and interior finishes, with beautifully sculpted exterior forms, she is fitted with expansive full-length hull windows, also seen on the highly anticipated flagship of the range, the Y95, due to launch in 2022. Indoor and outdoor living areas are optimised to create sociable yet practical spaces, whilst powerful twin MAN V12 1650 mhp engines deliver speed up to 34 knots.

V55

The all-new V55 sports yacht nestles in the heart of the iconic V Class line-up, recently expanded with the addition of the V50, V60, V65 and V78 models that joined the existing V40. Her innovative V-shaped hull provides the foundation to the V55’s agility and ability to deliver on a clear brief for the modern sports yacht owner’s demands – elegance of form, quality of materials, perfect practicality and inspiring dynamics.

At the heart of the V hull’s stability and predictability is the compact, efficient, high-power twin Volvo D13 engines that deliver up to 2,000 mhp combined and a top speed of 37 knots.

The result is an intoxicating combination of engine performance, physical dimensions and sea-keeping behaviour – classic V Class traits.

With new standards of refinement in interior fixtures, fittings and definition of space, and a striking new exterior design language recognisable by the new exterior V Class windows and rakish profile, there is a clear purpose of design.

F55

The award-winning Princess F55 flybridge delivers magnificent performance and uncompromising comfort in equal measure. Designed for outdoor living, her 17.80-metre-square flybridge features a convertible sun bed, twin helm seats, a bar and ergonomic dining area.

Below deck, both the master stateroom and forward cabin feature large double beds while the starboard guest cabin with two single beds can also be converted in to a double. Together with its expansive saloon and hull windows, that flood each deck with light, this oasis of calm can then be propelled to a top speed approaching 33 knots.

Visitors to boot Düsseldorf will find Princess Yachts on display in Halle 6, stand 6B21.
