During the Cannes Yachting Festival, running from 12 to 17 September, Azimut Yachts is presenting 19 yachts, four of them new models: the Azimut Grande 35m, the Azimut Grande 27m, the Azimut S7 and the Azimut 60 Fly.

All four models provide the chance to explore the brand’s new strategy: La Dolce Vita 3.0, celebrating luxury, joie de vivre and ‘Made in Italy’ culture at the state-of-the-art festival. Each yacht bears the hallmarks of longtime Azimut designer Stefano Righini, known for his innovative concepts, and features interiors by Achille Salvagni and Francesco Guida.

Azimut Grande 35m and Azimut Grande 27m are the new additions to the brand’s elite range, the Grande Collection. The use of carbon fibre means greater onboard space without sacrificing static and dynamic stability levels. The 35m, the collection’s new flagship, boasts an exceptionally streamlined internal design, characterised by the master suite’s unique swivelling balcony, which opens out directly onto the sea.

The Grande 27m features a wide body with full beam master suite on the main deck and a choice of three or four cabins on the lower deck, a layout practically unheard of in yachts of this size.

The advanced technology of the Azimut S7 has revolutionised the sporting motor yacht concept not only with its use of carbon fibre but also its unconventional approach to spatial distribution. The S7, comprising two versions (Coupé and Sportfly), boasts an interior design by Francesco Guida in his debut collaboration with Azimut, unprecedented spaciousness below deck and three Volvo IPS engines.

Last but not least, the sleek Azimut 60 Flybridge is a striking yacht, with its unusually large flybridge and high-quality interiors of the sort usually found on mega yachts. Features include full-height windows and a series of lounge areas which create tiny islands of privacy, a luxury seldom found in boats of this size.

The Cannes Yachting Festival sees a fleet of 19 yachts from the Italian shipyard on show, ranging from 10 to 40 metres.

The Cannes Yachting Festival will also provide an opportunity for the company to introduce the team from Azimut Yachts France, the new exclusive dealer in one of the brand’s key European markets.

In other commercial news, Azimut Yachts is consolidating its presence in Europe with new dealerships in the UK, as well as entering new waters with its launch in two promising new markets, Slovenia and Lithuania, involving the creation of Azimut Yachts Slovenia and Azimut Yachts Lithuania. In the United Kingdom, Azimut Yachts has entrusted its distribution to Southampton-based Azimut Yachts UK.
