The 64-metre, 4-deck VSY superyacht Atomic will embark on the Atlantic crossing after a short stop in the French Riviera. The project, was handled by TWW’s new build specialist Jean-Claude Carme.
Atomic’s future is destined to be full of adventure thanks to the owner’s ambitious travelling programme that will explore some of the world’s most remote and breathtaking dive sites.
Franck Darnet Design was responsible for her exceptional interior and the notable Espen Oeino for her exterior.
Atomic accommodates up to 12 guests across 6 staterooms, with 18 crew onboard, thus guaranteeing a 1:1 crew ratio and an optimal charter experience.
In addition, she has cutting-edge technical and engineering solutions such as a Dynamic Positioning system and diesel electric thrusters, that further augment the perfect balance between design and governability.
Some of Atomic’s highlights include an infinity pool on the sundeck aft and a fire pit, that will surely create a cosy atmosphere when overlooking some of the world’s most spectacular destinations.
“Delivering Atomic is a very special moment: for the owners, it is the much awaited materialisation of a vision and the promise of uniquely happy times at sea; for the broker, the designers, the build team, it is a great feeling of accomplishment, a commitment fulfilled,” said Jean-Claude Carme, TWW Yachts.
“Atomic itself is a very special yacht: I dare say one of the finest ever built in Italy, with a strong design by Espen Oeino, a warm and elegant interior design by Franck Darnet, and a high level of technical specifications. TWW thanks all involved in successfully completing this project. We wish the owners a wonderful time onboard and we will follow and assist with enthusiasm the yacht’s ambitious programme of navigation to the world’s most remote and spectacular dive sites.”
Atomic has a cruising speed of 12 knots and a top speed of 17 knots.
