From October 25 to 29, 2023, Benetti returns to the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show for the US debut of the innovative Oasis 34M Ubiquitous.
Alongside this 112-footer at the superyacht village, Benetti will also showcase the B.Yond 37M Never Say Never Again, a stainless steel, four-deck Voyager said to have been designed with the environment in mind.
Ubiquitous (previously known as Unknown) is a 34M Oasis with the yard’s signature Oasis deck.
This award-winning fibreglass 112-footer is a result of Benetti’s collaboration with British firm RWD for the exterior design and New York architects Bonetti & Kozerski for the interior design.
Italian shipyard Benetti says the annual Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in Florida is a strategically important event, creating opportunities to meet American owners and showcase the latest developments in terms of research and design.
With three decks and a large sun deck, Ubiquitous is characterised by a sleek design and a stern area that’s even closer to the water. This area is characterised by the Oasis deck, which has two wings that open out astern to enlarge the deck area and create closer contact with the water.
The infinity pool built into the heart of the deck has a breathtaking view out to sea, offering owners and guests a 270-degree panorama, including from the main deck saloon.
The mix of sun and shade lets guests enjoy the experience of total relaxation at any time of day, while a social design weaves throughout the entire deck.
For the interiors, Bonetti & Kozerski created a relaxed and cosy environment in which meticulous attention is paid to materials. The palette of pastel shades chosen for all the decks creates a light-filled look and a homely feel.
Alongside the Oasis 34M at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, Benetti is also showcasing Never Say Never Again, the B.Yond 37M envisioned by Paolo Vitelli, founder of Azimut-Benetti Group, and architect Stefano Righini. This stainless steel Voyager extends across four decks and is designed with long and comfortable cruises in mind.
Benetti says the B.Yond 37M is regarded as the greenest model in its class thanks to the E-mode hybrid system developed by Siemens Energy. This makes it possible to optimise onboard energy consumption according to specific usage profiles and translates into significant CO2 and NOx emissions reductions compared with other yachts in this category.
The E-mode hybrid system offers the freedom of four different operating modes, including a full electric mode for zero emission navigation, which allows B.Yond 37M to enter protected marine areas and those normally off-limits to motor yachts.
The lithium battery pack also makes it possible to stay at anchor in hotel mode with no emissions, keeping the generators switched off and running the main onboard utilities from the batteries. This translates into more time spent at anchor in vibration-free silence.
