Sanctuary Cove’s picturesque Marine Village will again host one the southern hemisphere’s premier marine events. The Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show (SCIBS) caters to every level of interest, life stage and budget, and showcases a range of boats and accessories – from luxury superyachts, charter vessels and motor yachts to sailing boats and multihulls; from RIBs and specially rigged fishing boats to ski and wakeboard boats; and of course, all the latest gear and gadgets.

In 2018, the marina will feature more than 150 boats on water. Among the major marques confirmed are Maritimo, Riviera, Princess, Sunseeker, Hudson Bay, Alaska, Fairline, Horizon Motor Yachts, Sunseeker, Monte Carlo, Ocean Alexander, Whitehaven, Integrity, Palm Beach, Grand Banks, Fleming, Gulf Craft, Fairline and Longreef.

Visitors can compare vessels and take advantage of a special information session that will help them sift through the various makes and models to choose the boat that fulfils their boating dreams.

The Main Pavilion and Superyacht Pavilion will be filled to capacity with both international and Australian-made products. Complementing the range of boats will be cutting-edge navigational equipment, safety gear, entertainment, communication and fishing devices, boating accessories and watermakers.

For those interested in lifestyle products, there will also be upholstery and decor options, pontoons, books and charts, shoes, offshore and fashion apparel, polarised sunglasses and much more.

Also on hand will be experts representing marinas and cruising destinations from across Australia and the world.

A spectacular line-up of supercars will also return to SCIBS in 2018, as will major sponsor Bentley Brisbane. Taking pride of place at the Bentley Suite, overlooking F Arm on the Marina, Bentley will have jaw-dropping new models on display, including the latest release Continental GT and the Bentayga SUV – the fastest SUV ever built.

Over four massive days there will be something for everyone: free entertainment in The Marine Village and on the Main Stage; undercover spaces to relax in; a world of cuisine in the restaurants and pop-up food stores; the popular Berkley Live Supertank with daily angling masterclasses; and SCIBS ambassador and fishing guru Paul Burt’s cooking demonstrations. The popular SCIBS Live Bream Shootout fishing competition will also return in 2018 for those keen to try their luck at securing a stellar prize pack.

To enjoy the latest and greatest in everything boating, luxury, automotive and lifestyle, book one-day tickets and multi-passes online. SCIBS offers free park ‘n’ ride services from Warner Bros. Movie World, along with limited onsite parking, available prepaid. Helicopter transfers are available from Marina Mirage.
