On Saturday 5 August, a fleet of Azimut yachts, headed up by the brand new S7, made an entrance to Palma de Mallorca’s Puerto Portals marina to receive guests for tours and sea trials.
The event was part of Azimut’s La Dolce Vita 3.0 initiative, a series of glamorous parties and yacht parades celebrating European summer and joie de vivre in a selection of the Mediterranean’s most beautiful tourist marinas. The wave of glamour was set in motion on 7 July at the enchanting Porto Venere marina on Italy’s Ligurian coast, with vessels calling in at Bodrum in Turkey and then Mykonos Island on the way to the pearl of the Balearic Islands.
At sunset, owners had the opportunity to revel in the glamour of Azimut Yachts on board a suite of yachts including the 77S and the 55S, accompanied by music, champagne and a spectacular display of acrobatic stunts by athlete Lindsay McQueen.
Then, on Sunday 6 August, all eyes were on the brand new Azimut S7. Its sporty lines and edgy style were presented in an exclusive preview for owners attending the event. The new model toured the most beautiful bays on the island, calling at Illeta, Playa Oratorio and Portals Vells.
Clients had the privilege of going on board the S7 for sea trials ahead of its official presentation at the upcoming Cannes Boat Show. They were pampered with exclusive concierge services that reflect the brand’s ‘Made in Italy’ lifestyle built on luxury, style and innovation: La Dolce Vita 3.0.
