Hyatt Regency Sydney, Australia’s largest prestige hotel, introduce the hotel’s first outdoor terrace and most lavish suites; the Sydney Terrace Suite and Regency Terrace Suite.

Designed for entertaining and private dining, the suites are the most aspirational category in the hotels diverse accommodation offering; combining over 125 square metres of accommodation with 34 square metres of expansive outdoor terrace space – a rarity in the Sydney harbour landscape.

Promoting flexibility and personalisation, guests will have access to a private Regency Concierge, curating a tailored itinerary from check-in to check-out.

A sense of seamless and personalised luxury will see guests indulge in bespoke dining with a private chef, enjoy 24/7 valet parking, or mix it up with their private mixologist – whatever they desire.

Catering for up to 12 guests for an intimate soiree, or six guests for seated dining, both the Sydney Terrace Suite and Regency Terrace Suite feature a private dining space, butler’s pantry, freestanding bar and separate living and work areas.

Sydney Terrace Suite and Regency Terrace Suite features:

- a 34-square-metre terrace with panoramic views of Darling Harbour
- outdoor dining and lounge to host an intimate party of up to 12 guests
- dining table for six people
- butler’s pantry with corridor entrance
- separate living and work areas
- king bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Suite specifications:

- Regency Terrace Suite: 125-square-metre accommodation space, 34-square-metre outdoor terrace
- Sydney Terrace Suite: 194-square-metre accommodation space, 34-square-metre outdoor terrace, option of two additional king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, accessible through a private suite entrance.

Masterfully designed by Bates Smart, the multidisciplinary design firm has paid homage to the hotel’s harbourside location, intrinsically weaving a nautical palette with materials of the highest standard, reflecting the quality of the Hyatt Regency brand.

From entry, luxury slowly reveals itself to guests with the use of natural stone, rich Phillip Jeffries custom wallpapers, sleek joinery, timber veneers and European furnishings.

Playing on the concept of a sophisticated residential, yet relaxed approach to Sydney’s harbourside living, the Sydney Terrace Suite and Regency Terrace Suite are the final addition to the hotel’s multi-million dollar refurbishment.

Each suite is thoughtfully composed to maximise the panoramic Western facing views of Darling Harbour, for guests to enjoy enviable Sydney sunsets.
