Custom design and naval architecture studio, Nick Stark Design, have released the renderings of their upcoming lightweight, hybrid powered 53m yacht.
With power coming from either the DC motors or the IMO compliant diesels, the 53-metre yacht offers the potential of a relaxed, low-speed cruising while the controllable pitch propellers allow for maximum efficiency throughout the speed range.
On board, the vessel holds generous space with three pools – two of which situated in the more laidback environs of the foredeck and one, the largest, located in the aft main deck.
Developed with an owner’s social life in mind, the aft deck also features a bar alongside a generously sized entertaining and dining spaces.
Offering the option of choice, the interiors of this ship can be customised to suit any owner’s cruising style and requirements.
This notion of social consciousness is continued with the vessel being comprised entirely of the more sustainable and environmentally-friendly aluminium.
Aluminium has become a popular alternative for builders in recent years due to the material’s lighter weight, meaning less fuel is required, alongside its durability and longevity.
The fully class and MCA compliant design provides not only next level amenity, but also assurance of an investment well made.
Based in Perth, Australia, Nick Stark Design is a custom design and naval architecture studio that specialises in concept design, class and flag liaison, 3D visualisation, project management and sea trials.
