Snowmass Village, Colorado continues to refine its position as a world-class winter destination, with new capital improvement projects, lodging offerings, World Cup ski racing and much more.
A renowned winter playground and vibrant summer community just 9 miles from Aspen, Snowmass consistently ranks as one of the best winter ski areas and summer mountain biking destinations in the world.
In summer, enjoy scenic hiking trails, sightseeing via gondola, a world-class bike park, Lost Forest adventures, alfresco dining and over four mountains that are totally unique.
Snowmass offers guests incredible views of mountain vistas, in addition to 2.8 million adjacent acres of wilderness, open for activities and exploration. Snowmass is home to 30-plus restaurants, 95 percent slopeside lodging, shopping, unique special events and music – all year round.
The most exclusive, slope-side residential collection to join Snowmass Base Village, Aura Snowmass is the next generation of ski homes. These residences offer a premier mountain living experience with their environmentally responsible design and healthy living features.
Featuring four- and five-bedroom floor plans, Aura marries the space and feel of single-family living with the convenience, services and amenities of a luxury residential building. Now under construction.
Aspen Snowmass welcomes the return of international ski racing this season with the Audi FIS Ski World Cup from 3 to 5 March 2023.
The top men in the world compete on the America’s Downhill course on Aspen Mountain, an iconic World Cup venue with decades of racing history, with two downhills and a super G scheduled.
Aspen Snowmass hosted the first World Championships held outside of Europe in 1950 and the mountain has hosted innumerable ski racing legends since that time. Aspen Snowmass has hosted more than a hundred World Cup races for both men and women over the years and was home to the World Cup Finals in 2017.
Construction has begun on the Cirque Residences X Viceroy Snowmass, the latest offering in Snowmass Base Village. Cirque Residences are the much-anticipated sequel to the original Viceroy Residences.
Featuring two- and three-bedroom floor plans and home-within-a-hotel living, Cirque Residences are located in a brand-new luxury tower. Look for the planned sales launch this winter.
This 2022–2023 winter season, the Viewline Resort Snowmass celebrates its first full winter of operations. Since last winter, the resort has completed its renovations and launched new guest programming.
Viewline Resort Snowmass, situated directly on Snowmass Ski Area and just above the Snowmass Mall, provides guests access to a complimentary ski-in/ski-out concierge, making it even easier to get on and off the mountain.
The resort recently debuted its new suites, each situated slope-side with stunning mountain or village views.
The spacious, luxurious suites feature rustic wood detailing, mountain-inspired décor, and luxe bedding and linens. Lupine Spa, now fully open, spans 3,650 square feet and is inspired by the resort’s alpine setting.
Its inhalation therapy bar will become available this winter season offering 15-, 30- and 45-minute oxygen sessions to assist with acclimation to altitude. This winter, the resort will also launch its Lupine KidsZone, an immersive kids club for little adventurers aged five to 12.
Just in time for the Winter 2022/2023 season, the Crestwood Condominiums, located slopeside, is adding an outdoor firepit area. Located adjacent to the Skier Service Center steps away from Assay Hill, the new outdoor area features a gas firepit with comfortable seating and mountain views that encourage relaxation and inspire adventure.
