Returning after a successful inaugural event in 2023, the second Singapore Yachting Festival (SYF) will return from 25 to 28 April 2024 at One°15 Marina Sentosa Cove.

The four-day event showcases yacht displays and live entertainment. New for the 2024 edition, the show is launching a ‘Lifestyle Festival’ market to showcase the full spectrum of the yachting lifestyle.

Visitors can expect experiential activities, pop-up lifestyle stalls, demonstrations, live music, roving entertainment and more.

“One°15’s acquisition of the Singapore Yachting Festival signifies a transformative journey towards elevating our brand influence in the marine industry,” says Arthur Tay, CEO of event organiser SUTL Enterprise.

“With curated unique experiences, SYF aligns seamlessly with our vision to propel yachting into a lifestyle embraced by a discerning, aspirational audience.”

SUTL Enterprise confirms that the 2024 edition of the Singapore Yachting Festival (SYF) will showcase an extensive lineup of over 70 yachts. This marks a 45 per cent increase compared to last year’s edition.

Visitors, including yacht buyers and boating enthusiasts, have an opportunity to explore some of the latest models from names including Sanlorenzo, Ferretti, Azimut, Princess, Fountaine Pajot and Leopard.

An awards dinner produced by Singapore-based Yacht Style magazine will also showcase the industry’s best and brightest.

Launch of ICOMIA Boating Industry Conference

SYF will be preceded by the inaugural ICOMIA Boating Industry Conference on 23 and 24 April 2024. Held in partnership with the International Council of Marine Associations (ICOMIA) and the Singapore Boating Industry Association (SBIA), the conference will focus on the sustainability and decarbonisation of the recreational marine industry.

The event will host global speakers sharing insights on industry topics, covering the latest research and innovation, including propulsion systems and infrastructure development, Asia’s growing markets, and industry-driven efforts in ‘Grow Boating’.

The conference will also see opportunities for networking sessions between local, regional and international trade professionals.

“We are delighted to confirm our presence at the Singapore Yachting Festival 2024 with a spectacular fleet on display featuring several Asia premieres of yacht and superyacht models as well as our portfolio of yacht services, including superyacht brokerage, yacht charter and yacht management,” says Ewa Stachurska, Simpson Marine’s group marketing director.

“In 2024, Simpson Marine will celebrate several major milestones including our 40th-anniversary campaign that will be officially launched at the show and further deployed in Asia. Following a strong post-pandemic reactivation and unexpectedly high levels of attendance from across Asia in 2023, our team is looking forward to yet another successful edition.

“We are planning something truly special for our customers this year and more details shall be unveiled in due course.”

SYF 2024 also incorporates fringe events tailored for both trade and public visitors; key highlights include wine-tasting sessions, on-water demonstrations with electric surfboards and underwater scooters, private yacht tours, roving entertainers (including jugglers and face painters), and live entertainment.

The newly launched Lifestyle Festival Market will showcase a mix of pop-up retail and F&B booths, including bars and artisanal cuisine. The weekend will also incorporate a supercar display, which will see some of the hottest cars in Singapore make their way to Sentosa for a grand motor display.

SYF is organised by One15 Events Management, a subsidiary of SUTL Enterprise, in collaboration with SG Marine Guide, helmed by Wade Pearce.

Tickets are available online and are priced at S$30 net for a single-day pass, S$55 net for a multi-day pass, and S$150 net for the two-day conference pass until 31 March 2024.
