The ocean covers 72 percent of the earth’s surface, making it essential to the economic, social and ecological wellbeing of everyone, everywhere.
The International SeaKeepers Society has premiered the first episode in their mini documentary series about their programming and the importance of using privately owned vessels for oceanographic research and the impact of those efforts.
The International SeaKeepers Society is a registered not-for-profit organisation founded in 1998 with a mission to promote oceanographic research, conservation and education through direct involvement with the yachting community. SeaKeepers enables the yachting community to take full advantage of their unique potential to advance marine sciences and raise awareness about global ocean issues.
“Our commitment to the environment and using the resources of the yachting community creatively to tackle research and conservation issues continues,” said the International SeaKeepers Society.
