One Sydney Harbour’s second residential tower has had its formal launch.

Australia’s Lendlease has announced the formal launch and first public reveal of Residences Two, One Sydney Harbour’s second residential tower.
Located at Sydney’s Barangaroo, the 235-metre-tall Residences Two, comprising of 322 homes across 68 levels, was achieved in a collaboration between Pritzker Prize-winning architect Renzo Piano and leading interior designers, State of Craft’s Daniel Goldberg and Darling & Associates’ Chris Darling.
This hard launch trails strong initial results and record-breaking sales for the project including the Residences One penthouse selling for over AU $140 million, an Australian property record.
To date, the project has been offered almost exclusively off market with Residences One over 85 percent sold.
Available homes in Residences Two vary in price, with one-bedroom apartments starting in excess of $2 million.
Luxury homes with north facing views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House start at more than $12 million.

“Every place has a story to tell. In this case it’s about making something that tells the essence of this city. The sense of transparency, sense of light, that’s why we immediately started to think about these buildings as being like crystals, playing one to the other,” said Piano.
“When you go down you find yourself in a beautiful green area in front of the water.”
“Our inspiration was drawn from the moment the harbour meets the horizon. By emphasising the horizons in our design, we have created beautiful, calm space,” explained Darling on the interior inspiration.
“For us luxury is in the beauty of nature and displaying the grain in the timber, the veining of the marble or granite. I think a lot of it is about responding to the site, making it specific to the climate, the context, the architecture,” added Goldberg.
One Sydney Harbour will also offer world-class amenities including a resident’s lounge, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, internal and external pools, private dining room serviced by a commercial kitchen, wine room and gym.
“We have accelerated the on-market launch of Residences Two and sales to date are going very well, owing to high levels of demand from locally based owner occupiers who recognise the uniqueness of this offering as a once in a generation opportunity,” said Lendlease Head of Residential Ben Christie.
“Pleasingly, we are also seeing high levels of interest from both customer referrals and repeat purchasers who know Lendlease will deliver an exceptional product and a customer-centric experience at One Sydney Harbour.
“Sales to date include several large apartment purchases, with some customers seeking to amalgamate these into substantial homes.”
Lendlease Executive Director Leanne Boyle echoed a similar sentiment, stating that “One Sydney Harbour harnesses our purpose at Lendlease, which is to create value where communities thrive” while adding the project’s recent award for sustainability.
