Giovanni Pomati, Nautor Group CEO, recently announced the appointment of Matteo Gandini as Chief Commercial Officer and Business Development.

Matteo Gandini has joined Nautor Swan from Ferrari, where he worked from 2014 to 2022 in various positions from Global Business Development Manager to Regional Sales Manager for Australasia and, finally, as Head of Sales for North Europe region.

Prior to this, he worked for BMW group as Central-Southeastern Europe Special Projects Specialist. Gandini holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business management and a master in international management.

At Nautor Swan, Gandini will work closely with the CEO on the Business Development streams linked to the new Businesses Power and Services on top of leading the Commercial Team together with the Regional Directors overseeing the implementation of sales and marketing strategies whilst maximizing business opportunities.

The appointment of Gandini is part of the development of the new strategy of Nautor Swan. “We are very happy to welcome Matteo, a manager with great experience, to Nautor,” said Giovanni Pomati CEO. “His background is going to complete the new Management Team and will allow us to keep on achieving important successes in sales and marketing for the whole group.”

Matteo Gandini joins Nautor Swan from a background in prestige automotive, including Ferrari and BMW.

The appointment of Matteo is part of the development of the new strategy of Nautor Swan.
