Ponant has launched its 2023–2024 voyages for the Southern Hemisphere’s summer season. The new itineraries have been crafted to explore the heart of remote islands, sandy beaches and encaptivating landscapes of the South Pacific Ocean. Lush islets crowned with immaculate tropics through to the enchanting dawn of the Northern Lights in Norway are also on offer.

New Zealand’s North Island & Chatham Islands (7 nights)
For this brand-new itinerary, Le Lapérouse will set sail to discover the charm of northern New Zealand cities with their strong Māori traditions and the preserved nature of the Chatham Islands.
Departing from Wellington, the ship will set sail in search of these ancestral treasures that have forged the reputation and the charm of the North Island.

After a port of call in Papua New Guinea, the mysteries of Micronesia will reveal a scatter of islands and atolls lost in the heart of the northern Pacific, while the shores of Chuuk Lagoon and Pulap Island unveil traces of an underwater Military Museum.

Set off aboard Le Bellot to experience an exceptional exploration through Norway in the winter. From Tromso, the voyage sails towards these magical lands where the captivating itinerary takes in snow-capped summits, immaculate landscapes, and the discovery of millennial traditions.
Embarking on a journey through the magical Trollfjorden, a sound separating the two archipelagos in the north of the country, the ship will then journey to Hammerfest, the northernmost town in the world. The port of call in Honningsvåg will take you to the northernmost point of Europe: the North Cape.
