MCP Yachts celebrates another historic achievement with the launch of the Seaview 40M called Hygge.

Brazilian builder, MCP Yachts has launched the Seaview 40M – currently the largest superyacht by volume created in Brazil, featuring a modern and innovative design that offers exceptional sea views.

Developed and detailed through the long established partnership between MCP Yachts and the leading Dutch naval architecture and design firm, Vripack, Seaview follows the path set by the MCP 37.4M and adds to the growing fleet of MCP-built superyachts.

Called Hygge, (meaning cosy and contented in Danish) this latest launch strengthens the shipyard’s presence on the global stage, after Queen Tati’s noteworthy nomination for the 2024 BOAT International World Superyacht Awards and 2024 Superyacht Design & Innovation Awards.

“Hygge is built with a full-aluminium hull that allows for unmatched internal volume, lightness, and autonomy,” commented Damien Chaves, Director of Engineering at MCP Yachts.

The design of MY Hygge is distinctly attuned to the owner’s lifestyle and requirements.

Hygge is a 40-metre superyacht that offers the comfort of a 50-metre, according to designers.
