Ulyssia Residences unveiled a scale model of its 320-metre residential yacht at the Monaco Yacht Show, alongside build partner Meyer Werft.

Ulyssia Residences exhibited for the first time at the Monaco Yacht Show 2024, in collaboration with its build partner Meyer Werft. The exhibit, hosted at Meyer Werft’s established stand at JL05, Jetée Lucciana, showcased a scale model of the 320-metre vessel.
Designed to be the world’s most exclusive residential yacht community, Ulyssia will feature 132 residences and 22 guest suites. The project is led by Monaco resident Frank Binder and designed by naval architect Espen Øino, with interiors by FM Architettura.
Frank Binder, founder and chairman of Ulyssia Residences, said, “As a Monaco resident who has been attending the Monaco Yacht Show for many years, it is a great pleasure exhibit Ulyssia alongside Meyer Werft this year.”
He continued: “The vision for Ulyssia is a unique lifestyle on a residential yacht that travels the world. This is floating real estate. But it’s much more than that – it’s about the lifestyle that we’re offering, the possibility to discover the world without leaving home, within a community of people that you will find nowhere else.

“We’ll enable owners to give back as we travel, wherever we see there’s need, and we’ll use the yacht as a platform to do ocean conservation work.”
Lars Kruse, head of sales and design at Meyer Werft, added, “We are happy to exhibit together with Ulyssia at the Monaco Yacht Show 2024 to exhibit this outstanding concept we are developing in close collaboration together with the Ulyssia team, Espen Øino International, and FM Architettura.”
