Five units of the new SD118 have already been sold, with exterior design by Zuccon International Project.

The bow outdoor living area of SD118 is organised on two connected levels, the upper deck and the forward deck, that form a very large area which has direct access to from the owner’s cabin by means of a sliding hatch concealed below the staircase connecting the two decks that guarantees a total privacy.

The upper deck has an asymmetrical configuration, which guarantees greater space, comfort, flexibility of use, and a direct view of the sea from both sides.

While the port side features a side deck that leads seamlessly from stern to bow, the starboard side is like that of a wide-body hull.

The new model also has a revised stern zone with expanded spaces and comforts with respect to the previous models in the SD line. At anchor, this zone is transformed into a swim platform of 19 square metres thanks to large lateral hatches that open to permit diving and sunbathing.

There is a version with interiors penned by Zuccon International Project and a second version with interiors styled by Patricia Urquiola.

There is a choice between MTU 10V2000M86 1380hp engines, for a top speed of 18 knots,  or a pair of CAT Acert C32 1622hp engines, for a top speed of 19 knots.

The SD118 will have a cruising speed of 11 knots.

This new model is expected to premiere at the 2021 Cannes Yachting Festival.
