Heighten your senses with a curation of edible scents with the resorts’ signature High Tea in collaboration with Perfume Playground, a sensory experience inspired by the aromas in the JW Garden.

Experience the unique blends of signature scents of Perfume Playground and fresh seasonal ingredients from the JW Garden integrated into sweet and savoury delicacies to heighten your senses by the resorts’ Executive Chef Paul Smart and Pastry Chef Richard Kim.

Discover edible scents of ginger, bergamot, tarragon, sweet basil, rosemary, apricot and lavender as you savour the delights of High Tea by JW.

Sweet Delicacies include Kaffir lime brulee, lemongrass tart, Lavender honey scone with candied ginger, paired with homemade preservatives and fresh cream, while the selection of Savoury Delicacies includes Salmon and caviar with brioche, dill cream cheese, sprayed with bergamot, Smoked lamb loin, goats cheese and tomato tart with rosemary essence, Scallop, native lime finger dressing, salmon pearls, asparagus tips with star anise infused honey and Turkey breast, brie cheese, apple compote, savoury éclair, cinnamon scent.

Priced at $79 per guest including a glass of Laurent Breban Blanc de Blanc Sparkling or $89 per guest including a glass of Laurent Perrier Champagne. Available at JW Marriott until 31 August.
