Scheduled from 14 to 17 November on the historic Wadandi (Saltwater) country, Pair’d aspires to be a perennial highlight in the state’s repertoire of signature events. The event will unfold across the region’s storied locales and vineyards, featuring collaborations with esteemed local chefs, vintners, and sommeliers.
Pair’d is a celebration of the Margaret River Region’s distinct flavours, offering an enchanting mix of locally-sourced produce and wines, all set against the backdrop of live music performances amidst natural splendour.

The event not only marks an exciting addition to Australia’s culinary calendar but also coincides with the introduction of a second direct flight from the east coast to Margaret River, courtesy of the Sydney to Busselton Jetstar route. This development complements the existing Melbourne to Busselton service, enhancing accessibility for gastronomes flocking from the east.
Spearheaded by the WA Government, Pair’d will be brought to life through a collaboration between Mellen Events and We Are Gather, alongside Ahoy Management, a regional event company. These teams are the driving forces behind other iconic WA events such as the Ord Valley Muster, Cabin Fever Festival, Dark Sky Festival, and Fine Vines Festival.
A mere 2.5-hour journey south of Perth, the Margaret River region is a rare gem, where world-class enology and cuisine meet breathtaking landscapes – from pristine beaches and towering forests to legendary surf breaks and ancient caves.
