Introducing the Champagne and Burger Pairing Pool Bar Takeover, this exquisite experience is set to redefine opulence on the Gold Coast, available from Friday 15 December to mid-January 2023.

Undergoing a metamorphosis into a retro-chic oasis, the Pool Bar will embody the effervescent spirit of Veuve Clicquot’s legacy. The iconic yellow hue of Veuve Clicquot’s label will permeate the decor, creating a dynamic and lavish atmosphere that pays homage to the brand’s illustrious heritage.

Guests are invited to relish a glass perpetually half full, indulging in the artful pairing of a gourmet burger with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label.

Crafted by the esteemed chef Matthew Woolford, the Australian Bay Lobster Banh Mi Slider takes centre stage, nestled in a charcoal bun and featuring locally sourced seafood with an emphasis on sustainability.

The Veuve Clicquot Burger Pairing experience awaits patrons at the hotel's Pool Bar from 10 am to 6 pm.

The fusion of flavours, including fragrant pickles, coriander, and mint, promises an enchanting champagne pairing experience.

Victoria Peterson, Director of Marketing and Communications at The Langham, Gold Coast, expressed, “Our collaboration with Veuve Clicquot creates a completely new food and beverage offering for our guests – a seamless transition from beach to bar as they relax into the holiday season.

“With waves gently caressing the pristine shores, reminiscent of the effervescent layer atop a glass of champagne, The Langham, Gold Coast, emerges as the idyllic setting for this summer soiree,” Peterson added.

The Veuve Clicquot Burger Pairing experience awaits patrons at the hotel’s Pool Bar from 10 am to 6 pm.

The package, comprising a glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label and the gourmet burger pairing, is priced at $65. Furthermore, the daily Happy Hour, from 4 pm to 5 pm, presents a glass for $35 and a bottle for $175.
