The property comprises two spacious villas, The Residence and The Cottage, which are designed to be rented exclusively by one group.

With four bedrooms and a mix of communal living and quieter, more private spaces, the main abode, The Residence, sleeps up to eight guests. Filled with amenities for guests of all ages to enjoy together – an infinity pool, wellness room, ping-pong table, and sunken dining area – an artful ambience and state-of-the-art amenities and facilities, including a beautiful kitchen, butler’s pantry and plenty of dining and lounging spaces, there’s no need to leave.
The Cottage is a separate double-storey villa situated at the entrance of the Rolling Seas estate that sleeps up to four guests. Originally devised as a guest house, The Cottage carries itself as a standalone oasis complete with full kitchen, dining, and lounge facilities.
