Drivers can now get behind the wheel of a performance or prestige car through car hire company, Avis

Avis Australia has launched a luxury high-end car rental brand Avis Prestige. Through Avis Prestige customers can hire Sports Cars, Supercars and Premium Luxury Cars, with models including the Lamborghini Huracan, Rolls-Royce Ghost, McLaren 57OS, Ferrari 488, Bentley Continental GT and many more.

Tom Mooney, Managing Director of Avis Australia says, “As a trusted brand in the car rental industry, we wanted to provide our customers with even greater choice, and access to some of the most desirable cars in Australia, which is why we’ve launched Avis Prestige.”

“Our goal at Avis is to always be driven by better. Avis Prestige will make the luxury car market more accessible for customers and give them the opportunity to hire a special vehicle for major milestone celebrations or for an elevated weekend away.”

The launch of Avis Prestige builds on Avis’ existing premium car hire offering, Avis Signature Series, which offers customers access to a range of Mercedes and BMW Vehicles.

To bring this new car rental experience to customers, Avis has partnered with Australian luxury car rental company Prestige Rentals, who will manage the customer experience end-to-end. The Avis Prestige customer experience includes delivery and pick up of the car from a customer’s chosen location.

With Avis and Prestige Rentals you can place yourself in the driver’s seat of a wide selection of high-end vehicles including the Lamborghini Huracán, Ferrari 488, Rolls-Royce Ghost, Porsche 911, Bentley Continental GT, McLaren 570S and Audi R8 Supercar.

Avis Prestige will be available in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. The service is available for customers aged 25 years and above for prestige cars and 30 years and above for supercars.

Vehicles are limited and will vary between locations, with all enquiries and bookings managed by Avis Australia’s partner Prestige Rentals. Drivers must be 25 years or older to drive the ultra-luxury cars, and 30 years or older to rent a supercar.

Avis Prestige is the second luxury rental service to debut on Australian shores this year, following the arrival of Porsche Drive Rental in February.
