Queensland’s most expensive coastal property and possibly one of the best beachfront sites on the eastern seaboard, Domic is set to open its doors to visitors.

Nestled into the sand dunes next to the Noosa National Park and overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Domic blurs the lines between landscape and building with its exterior shell-like domes, bringing the Noosa National Park into the house and providing a minimal visual presence where the only place you see the house is from the beach or if you are walking through the National Park.

The vision of renowned international hemp industrialist Evgeny Skigin, whose passion for sustainable living is reflected throughout the award-winning house, Domic was designed by Queensland Architect Noel Robinson, with a brief to build a minimalist beach shack.

Situated on almost one hectare and over four levels, Domic features six ensuite bedroom retreats with private balconies and ocean and national park views. There are ten bathrooms, an entertainer’s level with movie theatre, gymnasium, entertaining area with cocktail bar, day spa with sauna, steam room and ice bath and outdoors, BBQ facilities, plus a 25- metre swimming pool and spa overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

A striking collection of artworks can be boasted, including indigenous artists Gloria Tamerre Petyarre, Abie Loy Kemarre, Liddy Napanangka Walker, Thomas Tjapaltjarri and Dorothy Napangardi, which contrast yet complement artworks from one of Amsterdam’s leading art galleries featuring European contemporary artists.

Domic is available for a minimum of five-night stays. For bookings, contact Niche Luxury Accommodation, nicheholidaysnoosa.com or call their concierge at 07 5448 0966.
