Each Aman property is inspired and informed by the landscape and culture it resides within. Woven through that is an attention to detail that underpins seamless, discreet service.

Serene wellness spas and clinics, where ancient healing traditions take on a modern sensibility. A deep love and respect for the astonishing gifts of the natural world. And, as always, a resolve to making anything possible.

Now, Aman introduces new experiences in destinations throughout Europe and North Africa.

Amanzoe, Greece

Opening for the season on 1 April 2022, Amanzoe’s guest Pavilions, Beach Cabanas and Villas are ready and waiting to welcome guests back to the Peloponnese.

With panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the Aegean Sea, along with an Aman Spa and a private Beach Club, the resort offers new experiences for guests visiting this season.

Ideal for those seeking privacy with views of turquoise waters, Amanzoe’s one- to nine-bedroom villas feature large private swimming pools, expansive outdoor terraces and dedicated staff, including private chefs to tend to every need.

Surrounded by tranquil olive groves, they offer exclusivity on the peninsula, within close proximity to the resort’s amenities. New for 2022, the resort welcomes an additional two-bedroom Villa.

The newly constructed villa offers seamless indoor-outdoor living with several exterior terraces, including a large swimming pool and outdoor kitchen area ideal for entertaining. Inside, the villa’s seamless flowing layout welcomes the outdoors in, with airy spaces, alongside two large en-suite bedrooms providing an exceptional family retreat.

Whether staying in a Villa, Pavilion or Beach Cabana, all guests visiting Amanzoe will be able to enjoy The Garden Table – a new al fresco setting for cooking classes and tastings overlooking the resort’s own organic gardens.

The Garden Table celebrates its setting with a rustic outdoor kitchen and wood-fired oven. Tended by a team of gardeners, a variety of fruit, vegetables and herbs are grown on property throughout the year including tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, bell peppers, parsley, dill and mint.

In this new venue, guests can opt for a private dining experience, a private outdoor cooking class with a tour of the gardens, or a cheese, wine or olive oil tasting, arranged upon request.

Aman Venice, Italy

The Grand Canal winds its way through the heart of Unesco-protected Venice, and it is in one of the gracious palazzos lining this historic waterway that Aman Venice is housed, offering guests a serene retreat in the heart of the floating city.

Those visiting the property this spring will be invited to experience the city’s rich culture, local cuisine and vibrant arts scene, with several new and unique activities, exclusive to Aman Venice.

The first, An Evening with Chef Norbert, invites gastronomy fans to experience the cuisine of three-Michelin star chef Norbert Niederkofler, who will visit Aman Venice on selected dates throughout the season.

Hosting a series of Cook the Lagoon themed dinners, guests will enjoy a six-course tasting menu with a focus on fresh seasonal produce sourced from the Veneto region and prepared by Chef Norbert himself.

Alongside an optional wine pairing, guests can choose to extend the experience with a two-night stay including daily breakfast and a cocktail and cicchetti in the hotel’s iconic bar.

Art enthusiasts will be able to discover Homo Faber, an art event running from 10 April to 1 May 2022 on St Giorgio Island. With live demonstrations, immersive digital experiences and imaginative displays of handcrafted creations imagined by a team of exceptional curators and designers, Aman Venice will offer daily complimentary tickets to the event, allowing guests to experience some of the world’s finest arts and craftsmanship.

Amanruya, Turkey

In a quiet valley on Turkey’s Bodrum Peninsula, Amanruya overlooks a secluded stretch of pebble beach and is engulfed by a verdant forest reserve.

Reopening for the season on 1 April 2022, and inspired by the region’s traditional architecture, the resort’s freestanding Pavilions each offer their own private garden and swimming pool.

New this season, the resort sees its bar and restaurant scene further enhanced. The exclusive Beach Club is home to a new bar where guests can enjoy a theatrical show from skilled mixologists, while the Poolside Bar has received a design refresh and the addition of a new cigar collection, perfect for after-dinner relaxation.

The property also welcomes a new restaurant, Sushi by Amanruya, which will serve freshly prepared, Japanese-inspired cuisine. Guests will have a choice of indoor seating at the sushi bar or alfresco dining surrounded by the resort’s lush greenery, with dishes including hot crispy tempura, temaki (hand rolled) sushi and sashimi.

Amanruya has also announced that it will partner with several boutique wineries from the surrounding region this season.

Throughout June and July, they will visit Amanruya to showcase their wines by hosting themed dinners with exceptional wine pairings.

For those seeking a stay oriented around wellness, the resort’s yoga and Pilates studio will be additionally equipped for Gravity Yoga and Reformer Pilates with expert trainers on hand to support each guest’s training programme throughout the season.

To discover the region, guests can now visit the town of Dalyan, with a new excursion to the archaeological ruins of the ancient city of Kaunos offering an insight into the country’s history.

The charming coastal town is also home to a sea turtle research and rehabilitation centre, where guests can learn about the endangered local species of the loggerhead sea turtle, supporting conservation efforts.

Guests will also be invited to reconnect with the natural world, with the introduction of new itineraries on board the resort’s wooden motor yacht.

Trips across the bay will now stop at two islands – the first of which, Küçük Tavşan Adası (Little Rabbit Island), known for its large population of small rabbits, and the second, Mercan Adası (Red Coral Island) named after the distinctive colour of its rocks and stone cliffs.

Amanjena, Morocco

Surrounded by palm and olive trees, Amanjena is a tranquil retreat located near the fabled city of Marrakech. Moorish heritage is reflected throughout the pisé-walled resort, which has 40 guest Pavilions and Maisons, each echoing the style of a sultan’s palace.

With the arrival of spring in the Palmeraie, Amanjena announces a new partnership with LUX Tennis Academy, who will provide private tennis coaching and clinics on the resort’s clay court.

Hosted by professional ATP or WTA players, the academy will offer personalised programs adapted for each guest, based on ability and age. Surrounded by the resort’s private gardens, Amanjena’s new Petanque Court, will offer further opportunity for guests of all ages to experience friendly competition with this classic garden game.

The resort also introduces new dining experiences, including the addition of a pizza oven in the sun-dappled olive grove. Adding to the alfresco experience in this atmospheric setting, wood-fired pizzas will be served and made using the freshest ingredients, with dishes ranging from the classic Pizza Margherita to the Pizza Essaouira, with tomato, mozzarella, fresh sardines, black olives, and oregano, offering a taste of the Moroccan coast.

For 2022, Amanjena’s Teatime will also be served with a twist, themed around the traditional cuisine of Japan. Available daily, the afternoon tea will include spicy edamame, fresh sushi, matcha cheesecake, eclairs with yuzu and lemon and chocolate cremeaux and sesame rolls.
