Technohull’s new flagship, the Alpha 50, introduces a fresh design philosophy thanks to wider spaces and a more aerodynamic hull.

Technohull has introduced the newest member of its fleet, the new flagship Alpha 50.
Greek high-performance RIB builder Technohull says the new 50-foot Alpha 50 heralds a fresh design philosophy for the brand, encapsulating a “contemporary approach to comfort, style and luxury” while staying faithful to its high-performance heritage.
The new design concept aboard Technohull’s Alpha 50 incorporates aesthetics not previously seen in the fleet. Technohull says the emphasis aboard Alpha 50 is on the ample exterior space and expansive lounging areas, promising a fresh approach to enjoying a day at sea, without compromising the boat’s performance.
Anticipation has been high ahead of the launch, and Technohull reports that 14 hulls have already been sold.
The Alpha 50’s design is characterised by a clean, aerodynamic appearance, with more streamlined surfaces than its predecessors. This innovation allows for spacious, well-designed decks and interiors, and a sharp and aggressive silhouette.

Optimised for performance, considering the boat’s spacious deck, Technohull’s semi-straight wave-piercing Dynastream hull design helps the Alpha 50 offer high speeds and impressive comfort, even in rough weather conditions.
Its updated hull design also delivers high speeds with less fuel consumption and, as a result, the Alpha 50’s consumption matches that of Technohull’s smaller models.
Configured with Mercury 4X500 hp engines, speed exceeds 90 mph, while with higher engine setups, speeds up to 100 mph are possible.
Engine options range from two to five outboard units, and inboard options include twin inboard diesels.
Updated cruising experience
Technohull prides itself on offering a high-quality cruising experience and says the Alpha 50’s helm is no exception. It features a new aerodynamic hardtop with a full glass windshield, providing shelter and protection from the elements even at high speeds.
The helm station has a wide, fully equipped console with digital management systems, while the helm seat configuration includes double rows of triple shock-absorbing seats.
In addition, the aft deck features an island sunbed arrangement, a first for Technohull, alongside various deck layouts to meet different owner needs. The wide passageways lead to the spacious bow area, which hosts a sunbed and a console seat.
A side console entrance with a pantographic door reveals a cabin with an oversized double bed, storage space, and a separate head with a shower.
The Technohull Alpha 50 also offers the option of a cabin for two or a single crew cabin beneath the bow sunbed.
Throughout the boat there are unique features, such as the dual-opening island sunbed providing additional storage, numerous storage spaces and the option for a well-appointed space beneath the bow sunbed, that elevate functionality to a new level.
