Adventure 780 awaits

Outer Reef Yachts introduces the Adventure 780, a steel-hulled explorer yacht for long-range voyages and exploration.

US boatbuilder Outer Reef Yachts has confirmed the newest model in its Outer Reef Yachts Adventure Series, the Adventure 780, is currently in production.

The Adventure 780 marks the company’s entry into the fast-displacement explorer yacht sector.

The 24-metre steel-hulled explorer yacht features a hull design aimed at maximising onboard space, providing a large and luxurious platform for long-range voyages.

The vessel includes extensive deck areas for relaxation, a large explorer RIB, personal watercraft, watersport equipment and substantial storage capacity.
Hull number one is under construction, with the vessel expected to debut on the 2025 global yacht show circuit and additional models currently under development.

The shipyard says the Adventure 780 addresses growing demand among its clients for explorer yachts, offering a practical and luxurious option for navigating remote cruising areas.

The company, known for its FRP long-range motor yachts, now extends its offerings to include steel and aluminium vessels built for safety, reliability and fuel efficiency.

The Adventure 780 is the first result of Outer Reef Yachts’ recent merger with Lynx Yachts, headquartered in Nijkerk, the Netherlands, marking the beginning of a new partnership focused on producing high-performance explorer yachts.
