Luxolor Yachts, based in Tunisia, is launching its new line of Wama vessels, including planing monohulls and fast power catamarans. The Wama 26S makes its debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival, which is running from 10 to 15 September 2024.
The Wama 26S is equipped with the Wake Option Commander, supporting a range of watersports activities. Designed as a versatile crossover vessel with a planing hull, it is suitable for sports, including wakeboarding, wake skating, wake surfing, waterskiing, tubing, kneeboarding, snorkelling, swimming, diving, fishing and cruising.
This boat, with its exterior styling by Ali Kastally, offers a spacious layout that prioritises comfort and relaxation for onboard activities. While intended for family use, the Wama 26S can also serve as a tender for charter superyachts. Easily handled and manoeuvrable, the Wama 26S tops about 42 knots.
In addition to the Wama 26S, Luxolor Yachts is also producing the Wama 42C, a high-speed catamaran designed for yacht owners who seek more space than a planing monohull without compromising speed.
This four-cabin catamaran, also with exterior design by Kastally, is built using carbon fibre and aluminium with hydrofoil technology. It is powered by Twin Mercury 600-hp engines, with a top speed exceeding 40 knots. The design is configured with large entertainment and relaxation spaces for comfort.
Luxolor Yachts operates out of a free trade zone (FTZ) in Tunisia, enabling efficient export to Europe and North America.
The Wama range is part of Luxolor’s commitment to producing semi-custom yachts with advanced construction techniques. Luxolor says that each Wama vessel is built with a virtual reality configuration system, allowing owners to customise their design and select options, amenities, and colour themes with a keystroke to personalise their yacht interior.
