Alexander Marine Australia has announced the exclusive listing of Vegas, the largest Sunseeker motor yacht in Australia.

Built in 2009, Vegas is a tri-deck motor yacht offering incredible volume thanks to her brilliant layout. She boasts five-star amenities, features and furnishings throughout.

Catering to large or extended families, or those looking to entertain in style, Vegas fulfils every interest and inclination, boasting generous leisure spaces on each deck for recreation and socialising. In addition, several serene retreats are located throughout the yacht for peace and privacy on board, including her spacious on-deck master cabin.

Vegas has a proven cruising history up and down the east coast of Australia and across the Pacific, including previously visiting Fiji and New Caledonia. In these unique times, she is the ideal escape craft for exploring the coastline or venturing to remote regions.

With exterior styling from Sunseeker and naval architecture from Don Shead Yacht Design, Vegas offers crisp lines and bold profiles that set the standard for her dynamic performance out on the water.

On the main deck aft, the salon opens out onto a covered aft lounge area with built-in seating for meals alfresco or quiet repose. From here, dual staircase access take guests down to the large swim platform and garage, which is filled with water toys and houses the 22-foot diesel-powered Pascoe International RIB when required. With its generous ceiling height and storage room, the garage converts to a spacious beach club for relaxation at water level.

The foredeck lounge boasts semi-circular seating, sunpads and unimpeded panoramic views. The spacious upper deck aft features a large alfresco dining area that can be transformed into an outdoor gym for early morning workouts.

The large skylounge is set up for socialising with a cosy lounge area and bar. Large windows ensure perfect water views and sliding stainless-steel-framed doors connect the skylounge to the alfresco dining area.

The sundeck is the ultimate chill-out zone. Enjoy cocktails at the bar or lunch at the covered dining area before cooling off in the jacuzzi, with a soundtrack of your favourite tunes thanks to the state-of-the-art sound system.

Vegas can accommodate up to 12 guests overnight across five lavish staterooms, each with ensuite.

The master stateroom is a full-beam on-deck configuration that features a king-size island bed plus a full ensuite bathroom. A night head is located adjacent to the bed for added convenience. The owner of Vegas will enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and passing scenery thanks to the immense glazing in this cabin.

A curved staircase leads down from the main deck to the guest staterooms on the lower deck. Offering a versatile layout, the beautifully designed guest accommodation includes two double and two single cabins that can be converted to doubles. Each of these four cabins features its own generous ensuite.

She also offers spacious accommodation and crew area for her professional crew, with the added benefit of a dedicated captain’s cabin adjacent to the wheelhouse.

The decor is an appealing blend of traditional and modern aesthetics, featuring renowned Sunseeker craftsmanship, a mix of timbers, subtle lighting and elegant furnishings.

The galley comprises marble benchtops, Gaggenau and Miele appliances and large upright stainless-steel commercial refrigeration. The galley has quick access out to the port side deck for the delivery of food anywhere external on the yacht. There are also butler’s pantries adjacent to the galley and on the bridge deck for convenient service on every level.
