Ferretti Group has taken a fleet of nine models to the 2024 Venice Boat Show, including two world premieres.
This year’s edition of the Italian show, from 29 May to 2 June, focuses on environmental sustainability and innovation, stimulating discussion around cutting-edge electric, hybrid, and hydrogen propulsion solutions.
For the fifth year running, the city’s Arsenale district provides the backdrop to a display of top products from Italian and international shipyards. Ferretti Group is debuting the new Custom Line Navetta 38 and Pershing GTX80 for the first time at the five-day show.
Launched in late January, Custom Line Navetta 38 is the latest model in the brand’s Navetta line. New exterior and interior design embraces Italian style and ensures continuity between interiors and exteriors, spacious areas for comfort and conviviality, and direct contact with the water.
The Pershing GTX80 has a 23-square-metre carbon-fibre sundeck, while the GTX Series’ standout SeaScape feature provides a direct connection with the sea.
Seven yachts representing the Ferretti Yachts, Riva, Pershing, and Wally brands are joining the dual world premieres: Ferretti Yachts 580, Ferretti Yachts Infynito 90, Riva El-Iseo, Riva 56′ Rivale, Riva 68′ Diable, Pershing 8X, and Wallywhy150.
“For builders of luxury yachts who create beauty on the water, there’s no better stage than the Venice Boat Show, which gains in prestige and importance year after year, driven by the commitment of local mayor Brugnaro and the municipal administration,” says Alberto Galassi, Ferretti Group CEO.
“Here, we’ll be presenting the new Custom Line Navetta 38, a wonder of design and the art of boatbuilding, against the gorgeous backdrop of the Arsenale, the home of beauty, boat owners and sailors for centuries.
“Another new product we’re very proud of is the first Riva El-Iseo full electric, which launches the e-luxury segment, is 100 percent sustainable and a practical demonstration that innovation and care for the environment go hand in hand.”
For the Venice Boat Show, the Ferretti Group has teamed up with Italian brands, including Dolce & Gabbana, which designed the staff uniforms. Local partners include Teatro La Fenice and Hotel Gritti Palace, whose terrace is home to the Riva Lounge.
